What do you need to do?
Assign a project leader and engage with Improved Apps, who will provide an initial overview webinar to kick things off and start to map out and agree what success looks like with you or your team.
This tactical project is designed to not absorb too much time, resource or effort from your business.
What is the technical scope?
To drive process compliance and end user adoption. Across any, a subset, or all user communities.
Installation and configuration of key components, around key pages/processes. These areas will be agreed up front. Review the packaged dashboards to enable measurement of adoption and identify bottleneck areas on an ongoing basis.
Assign stakeholders
- Access to a Sys Admin to install the apps and configure with Improved Apps assistance.
- Subject matter expert(s) / Key Stakeholder(s) / Business Analyst – At least one individual close to the business to own the engagement with Improved Apps.

How is this tactical project completed?
